TEAM PRINCIPAL - STUART WALKER

Stuart’s mechanical career began aged 10 when he was given an old mini to run about dusty tracks, living in the country meant that there was no other option than to carry out repairs himself. By the age of 14 he was regularly servicing and changing clutches for the local taxi firm, this allowed him to purchase his first bike for scrambling, a 250 AJS Starmaker!
An apprenticeship as a tool maker followed which resulted in excellent qualifications and several merit awards. Stuart moved in to Road Racing with 250 and 350 TZ Yamaha’s, at this point in his career Stuart entrepreneurial drive took over and he setup his own haulage business running and maintaining up to 40 vehicles for over 25 years. His main passion however was still motorbikes and he competed with great success between GP circuits, Off Road Enduro,s and Rallies. His most recent adventures were competing in the Tuareg Rally in Morocco and The El Chott Rally in Tunisia, He maintained and serviced his own bike and provided assistance to fellow competitors. Both races were completed with good results. Running a support truck in the Dakar Rally is another logical step in Stuart career and his drive and enthusiasm with see it through to a successful outcome.
